Little Red *'s

1: Crew - Please choose crew A, B, or C. We can add more if more people join, but this way people will be forced to RP together instead of play around on their own, which is really pointless and boring lol. We need to play together or there won't be any fun.

2: Battle Level - Each crew will have a battle level restriction of 6 points for every crew member, for now. Each member cannot exceed 10. So, you could have a captain with 10 and a member with 2, or the other way round. Each member can have 6 etc, you may distribute these points however you wish. This is to avoid unfairness, as the numbers will show power. I.e. a 6 will beat a 5, but the other 7 can then beat the 6 etc. These figures are not exact, a 5 can beat a 6, e.g., a 6 who has been in a fight recently will be weaker than a 5 who hasn't. But they are to be adhered to. No 2's godmodding and beating 10's please. That's just not possible.
The closer the numbers are together, the more likely the lower number can actually win. Heightened emotions will come into play and will be in the following section.

2.5: Heightened emotional state etc - A fighter who is subject to this state may become more powerful for a little while. Stats are as follows:
No reason for heightened emotion - + 0 points to Battle Level
Slight cause for heightened emotion, anger etc - + 1 point to Battle Level
Deeply angry - + 2 points to Battle Level
Witnessing the death of a comrade etc (other Rpers only, other than that it's back to "Deeply angry") - + 3 points to Battle Level

This means that a Deeply angry 7 could become a 9, and defeat and emotionless 8. Just to mix it up xD

3: Devil Fruit Ability - You can choose anything you wish, but be reasonable. Creativity is much appreciated. Also specify which type of user you are, e.g. logia, paramecia, zoan. Devil fruit abilities will also play a part in Battle Level. This means that a devil fruit user may be able to defeat an opponent 2 points above them, but that will have to be RPed out, and not necessarily be the case.

4: Other Abilities - These are for Haki and "Skill".

Haki - Haki is what can be used to knock out weaker opponents than yourself (must be 3 numbers or more below to knock them unconscious through Haki alone). Haki also allows you to be able to hurt a logia devil fruit user.

Unlocked Haki will give you a + 2 Battle Level if you use it, but it will drain 1 Battle Level point off you once it is over. Haki may be used for 1 post and then you must go 3 posts without using it again. E.g. A uses Haki ( B.L. 7 now = 9 ) Once the post containing Haki has been finished, A's B.L now equals 6.

Skill: For those of you who choose not to have a Devil's fruit. Your Battle Level raises by 1 automatically from the start. (so a 10 will be able to be an 11). To balance it out.
The limit for a 1 person crew is still 6, but you will be a 7 if you choose not to have a Devil Fruit.
If you choose also not to have haki, your Battle Level can increase by 2. Again, the restriction is 6, but you can be 8.

5: Special Techniques - You have 3 slots for special techniques. You can have more, but these ones will be the main ones which count. You have a limit of 15 for your special techniques. You may allocate points to them as you wish. Each technique can be used once per battle. An attack of 10 will defeat an opponent with Battle Level of 10 and lower, if it hits. To determine whether or not you hit, there will be a system of working it out, eg dice throw or something. There are websites containing such wonders xD. You can allocate the points however you wish, but each technique should be at least 1 power. Remember, if you have an attack of 13 and you miss, you're screwed. xD

Killing: You can kill an opponent if they are:

Human controlled main char (another RPer) 3 battle points below you and they have posted once in a fight/situation involving you.
Human controlled 2nd or 3rd or any other numbered character: 2 battle points below you and they have posted once in a fight/situation involving you.

If you don't like the system, say so, then we can go back to normal with no stats.

Aditional Information: Can use "wind walking" technique to walk on air - effectively flight, and create surfaces of wind under each foot so that he can both walk along the water's surface and propel himself into the air or at someone/thing.

I must say, does the series not say that there is only one of each fruit? For both of your fruita have already appeared in the series, as eaten fruits.

does it not say these fruits are rare? these RPs make it seem as if they are bought at the store.

Also sort of true. Afterall, they do seem to only be in the hands of pirates who have been to the grand line.

@ SCK - I never stated anything about the characters in the series? For all we know they never existed in this RP.

@ Rob - They are rare, but people can have them. It's more interesting to have abilites than to just sword fight all the time. Afterall, that's one of the things that makes some anime interesting, it's not like real life.

He compares himself to Robin Hood, for he doesn't steal because he's greedy, he steals for the thrill and gives treasure to people who need it.

Kind hearted and always eager for a fight, he's even fought alongside the Navy after bribing them or to help them take down one of his foes. He is also the arch nemesis of pirate Captain Crowley, who despises Jonathan to no end even though Jonathan doesn't know why.

Additional Info: The blue bandanna he dons on his head allows him to turn invisible. He is very stealthy and likes turning invisible during a fight to worry his opponents. He can stay invisible for 23 seconds.

Personality: Haven is as close to a pirate as a Marine could possibly be. He's rowdy, arrogant, quick to take the offensive, and honestly has no issue shooting the nearest person if they irk him in any way. He tends to grin, even in the hardest of times; and never quite lets his opponent catch whiff of any of his faults...

Additional Info: Don't be fooled by his lean appearance. His body is as tempered as his weapons! Carrying around those six heavily annealed weapons have made him incredibly muscular and fit. Even when disarmed (or if he's arrogant enough not to draw his weapons) his hand-to-hand combat is deadly - as he can crush cannonballs with simple flexes of his finger.

...He prefers guns over ANY other form of fighting and is quite skilled in marksmanship. The bullets he uses are of an unknown substance (only known to Marine scientists) and destructively capable of reducing a medium sized ship into firewood in mere moments. He didn't get the rank of Vice Admiral for nothing...

Personality: Canti is quite... apathetic. He seems to care very little for his comrades, pass the fact that he's SUPPOSED to be working along side them. Highly calculating, he follows his commanders objectives to the letter - and won't hesitate to sacrifice lives in order to reach them... unless he considers said sacrifice to be more beneficial alive of course. He can usually be seen with a scowl or a placid countenance - but he's usually planning the next few steps of his actions in advance...

Additional Info: Canti has been considered to be the human seastone. The mastery of his odd and paradoxical fruit has given him the understanding and a more than a few ways to skin a cat. Some say his mere touch on a devil fruit user could paralyze them - as he syncs his own water composition with their own to "calm" the movements in both parties...

He enjoys Seinen manga and secretly the "Groovy" tunes of Admiral Ventura...

MK, I just want to get this out of the way concerning my character Jonathan. He isn't rushing anyone, he's just willing to work with Rin and the others. He's finding the antics of these guys entertaining, not annoying and time wasting.
