Alan "That might be because at the old forum, many users had [NU] at the ends of their names. I was one of the few who didn't have one (I was the standout guy)."

I never got one because I'm in so many places I can't afford a logo or clan tag

Its a clan tag, or merely a show in respect lol.

And Al, you never got [NU] because you never requested it =/

There use to be a forum where you could ask for it, but it was deleted during one of the revival arcs of NXC

Alan "Well, that and I don't want a clan tag to follow me everywhere. I'm captain of my own CoD 4 and CoD WaW clans (tRI), but I don't use that everywhere (We don't have any other users because my other friend is an egomaniac who won't change his clan tag even to humor people)."

Yeah, I just don't want a tag. I'm fine with my code number

the [ao] could easily be forgotten,
as for the [nu] at the end of the name,
it is not always a sign of respect, it merely
is there so that one can insure their usernames
could be told apart.
