My first pair of pants where baggy and didn't have a belt line, so I had to readjust it often (Something someone like a Scout should NEVER have to put up with while running)

yes, hood is a navy blue pillow case, the cloth around my right arm is a navy blue pillow case all the metal (except the shoulder pad) is from an old pizza pan.
